Dr. Chase Pearson, a Montana native from Fairfield, earned his biology degree with a business minor from Montana State University–Billings before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He advanced his training through a General Practice Residency at Summa Akron City Hospital, gaining experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, dental emergencies, and implants. Dedicated to patient comfort and care, Dr. Pearson is IV sedation certified to help ease dental anxiety and prioritizes building strong, personal relationships with every patient—a hallmark of Yellowstone Family Dental. Outside of dentistry, he and his wife, Krista, enjoy raising their four children, Tyler, Halle, Sophie, and Avery, while spending time together camping, golfing, playing basketball, and reading.
Dr. Christopher Moss, a Blackfoot, Idaho native, grew up in a large, sports-oriented family before earning a baseball scholarship to the College of Eastern Utah and completing his biology degree at Idaho State University. He went on to receive his dental education at Creighton University through the Idaho Dental Education Program, excelling in all areas of dentistry. Over the years, Dr. Moss has practiced in Oregon, Wyoming, Utah, and now Montana, where he enjoys the people and the outdoors. Passionate about patient care, he values the opportunity to provide a wide range of modern treatments while building strong relationships. Outside of dentistry, he stays active at the gym and enjoys spending time with his son.


Dr. Christopher Havens was raised in Wyoming and Montana and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Zoology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming before completing his dental training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He advanced his skills through a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, gaining extensive experience in caring for medically complex and special needs patients. With over 10 years of practice, Dr. Havens is passionate about providing evidence-based treatment, utilizing sedation dentistry for patients with dental anxiety, and taking the time to understand each patient’s unique goals. Supported by the expert team at Yellowstone Family Dental, he delivers personalized care, and outside the office, he enjoys hiking and cross-country skiing with his wife and three children.
Dr. Luke Highley, a Montana native from McLeod, brings a strong work ethic, love of nature, and sense of community to his dental practice in Billings. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio State University and completing his dental training at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine, he returned to Montana to provide high-quality, personalized care. A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant with five years of service, two deployments across 12 countries, and multiple military awards, Dr. Highley’s experiences instilled leadership, dedication, and a spirit of service that shape his patient-centered approach. He values building trusting relationships, creating a welcoming environment, and tailoring care to each individual’s needs. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, duck hunting, and fly fishing the Yellowstone.
